OSU TITLE CODE: 8754 CLASSIFICATION TITLE: Facilities Maintenance Technician Function Statement: Under the general supervision of a senior technician or supervisor, the facilities maintenance technician performs intermediate tasks related to day-to-day inspections, preventative maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment. Functions will include but are not limited to: daily inspections, installations, general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) and repairs.
