Flying Horse North Golf Club is located in the Black Forest area of northern Colorado Springs.  2023 will be the third full season the course has been open.  The irrigation system is an all HDPE system with Toro infinity heads and two wire Lynx control system.

Under general supervision of the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent, this person is responsible for operation and maintenance of the overall golf course irrigation system.  Be aware of areas that may require repair or maintenance.  Troubleshoot areas that appear wet or dry to determine if there is a problem with the sprinkler heads, any electrical components and valves or associated piping system.  Maintain adequate inventory on site so as to reduce down time due to failures in the system.

In addition to irrigation responsibilities, this person will be expected to help in other areas of golf course maintenance when needed such as course setup, mowing, fertilizing, etc.
