Maintain the operational reliability of all equipment associated with the production of steam heating and chilled water cooling. Equipment maintained includes but is not limited to boilers, chillers, pumps, control valves, motors, fans and heat exchangers.

Conduct complete preventative maintenance work including accurate record keeping.

High school diploma plus five (5) years of experience in Industrial Maintenance or closely related field; equivalent experience/education will be considered. Work history will show skill with hand and power tools.

Ideal candidate will have relevant coursework and/or specialized training beyond high school. Professional experience with utility plant steam and chilled water production; Plumbing and steam piping standards; Refrigeration handling certification.
