The Territory Manager position in sub-division Transcatheter Valvular Intervention (TVI) will be expected to work independently to drive revenue growth and account penetration within structural heart interventional cardiology in Finland and Baltics. The role is field based with main focus on visiting customers and commercial people to maximize opportunities and deliver results. The product portfolio of responsibility includes devices for transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVI) and transcatheter mitral valve repair (TMVR) with MitraClip therapy as alternatives to open-heart surgery. This role is field based, with the focus on visiting customers and to maximize opportunities, deliver results and provide excellent clinical support during procedures.
We are searching for someone energetic, ambitious, motivated and pragmatic with excellent technical skills for an exciting position for a dynamic Nordic Territory Manager role for an industry-leading, life-saving technology.
Achieve sales quota and being accountable for results
Propose challenging and reasonable yearly targets and forecasts to management
Plan own territory and work with the Division Manager to develop account plans to meet agreed revenue targets
Provide technical support to implants and follow ups
Deliver winning offers as response to tender requests
Support Congress activities
Create and implement referral activities to drive therapy development and growth
University degree (or equivalent) in science, healthcare, or business discipline
Strong commercial background within a marketing company environment at a Sales Representative level within Medical Devices
Experience (clinically or commercially) within cardiology preferred
Strong influential skills - gaining commitment through effective influencing and stakeholder management. Able to get strong buy-in from customers as well as from management
Strong selling skills on top of being excellent in building relations
Strong teamwork and facilitation, effective at leading and being a member of teams
Ability to listen actively and responds constructively to needs and views of others
Ability to persist despite obstacles and opposition
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize
High self-drive to identify, initiate and implement projects independently of line manager
A strong technical understanding and interest
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills in problem solving
Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
Ability to travel 80%
