Basic Function: The focus of an irrigation inspection specialist is to visually inspect irrigation systems for proper irrigation coverage and individual zone function. Along with inspection of irrigation systems, the job will require an understanding of software to document the findings during an inspection.

Report issues found with landscape caused by faulty irrigation.
Effectively communicate with Irrigation Repair Technicians, Irrigation System Specialists, & Account Managers on daily basis
Ability to spend long days on feet.
Assist with irrigation repairs as needed.
Knowledge & Abilities
Self-motivated individual that will work with limited supervision.
Possess excellent time management skills.
Good knowledge of basic arithmetic, personal computers & tablets
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally & in writing
Possess high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic knowledge of irrigation system operations
Possess valid driver license and pass pre-employment drug screen.
May perform physically demanding manual work including lifting, pushing or pulling heavy objects; shoveling, hoeing, raking and standing on ladders; climbing, standing and walking for sustained periods of time; and operating, repairing and maintaining meters, valves, electrical control systems, and miscellaneous irrigation equipment.
May be subject to adverse weather conditions, toxic agents, and hazards associated with the operation of various motor driven and hand-held power tools and equipment.
